Before you get in touch

The questions people ask us most often before a first call.

  • 01What should I put in my brief?

    A few lines is enough to start: what you're building, who it's for, and what a good result looks like. If you have hardware, a spec, a prototype or an existing product, mention it. If you're not sure yet, say so. Working that out is part of the first conversation.

  • 02Can you work with our existing hardware or team?

    Yes. We can take on the whole product, or one part of it, such as the firmware, the cloud platform or the app, and work alongside your engineers or other suppliers.

  • 03How quickly can we see something working?

    Our method is built around getting to a working prototype early: a live, end-to-end slice of the product running on real hardware, with real data. How long that takes depends on the product, and we'll give you a clear timeline in the proposal.

  • 04How much does a project cost?

    It depends on what we're building, so we don't publish prices. After a first call we'll propose a first phase with a clear scope, timeline and cost, so you know exactly what you're committing to before any build starts.

  • 05Where are you based?
